I had a physical today.

I’m actually quite healthy. My HDL is low (should be closer to 40, it came in around 30), but everything else is just right.

I just need to lose weight. Don’t know how much, but let’s just say at *least* 80lbs, probably more in terms of fat (as part of the weight-reduction plan, I intend to exercise which will increase the muscle somewhat).

I’m really looking forward to getting started on this shortly after the move.

Um, speaking of which… I think we had a pretty damned successful apartment-hunting day. There’s a nice place in Newmarket that I think we’ll apply for very soon.

Today, I’m hunting the elusive blue-nosed apartment! If I’m not careful, I’d find myself in one hell of a pickle!
